(1) The duration of the license will be three years. (2) The duration of the certificate will be as specified in the certificate and it will not be renewed.
(3) The licensee shall submit an application to the office for renewal of the license along with the renewal fee prescribed by the council at least thirty days before the expiry of the license period.
(4) After receiving the application as per sub-rule (3), the office may renew the license for a maximum of three years each time.
(5) A license not renewed within the deadline shall be considered automatically cancelled.
